Very relaxing,I really like It.

JosephAS1 responds:

Thanks!, glad you like it ;)

You have a real groovy song here dude.Maybe you should try a little bit of soloing instead of keeping the walking bass most of the time, but anyway I like what I hear soo far, keep up the good work man.

floppypawss responds:

hey thanks man. yeah i would like to expand on this. definitely would like to through in a horn player in,and some solos. this was done as a test run for my friends new fender rhodes, so he didnt feel like doing anything out of the ordinary, he was just messing around with the sound i guess... I am currently not in touch with the keyboard player, but i would like to take what i have hear, and get a saxophone player friend of mine to play the melody over it, and then we can trade solos. thanks for the review :)

Sounds really good my friend. With some strings on the background this could be a beatifull piece, maybe a nylon guitar would be a nice touch, but that´s maybe because I´m a guitar player and I need to hear some guitar somewhere always jaja.I want to hear the full song soon, keep up the good work.

JosephAS1 responds:

Thanks a lot Angelgris!, I'll take your suggestion into consideration :)

The intro sounds epic, the melody with the guitar solo was really soulfull, perhaps something like this could be used as an intro for a rpg game or something. This is great stuff.

Excellent stuff my friend, really liked the doble bass drum along with the rythm guitars.Maybe the lead solo need a little bit of delay or reverb to make it sound fuller, but anyway this track kick ass.I wish it was longer.

Dimoria responds:

Thanks man was just something I improvised really quick for Lashmush . And due to lack of time are missing some details like on the first tremolo part there are no fills om the drums etc :)

Great stuff man.I really liked the intro with the guitars panning from left to right, also the clean part sounded similiar to the slow part in "alison hell" by annihilator wich is one of my favourite thrash bands.Perhaps the drums sound a bit "artificial",but that just my opinion.I think your are in the right direction.

Sounds sinister,I like It.Perhaps a nylon strings guitar in the background will make a bit more sad,but that just my taste.Always a pleasure to hear your stuff.

Killer guitar riff man, loved the kill switch stuff you made in the middle.Keep this stuff coming.

Great work my friend.

Nice atmosphere you created here.I don't know if I feel sad or intrigued, but I like It.

SMJ responds:

Thanks, glad you like it. Is a bit of a funny one and not a 'cry your eyes out' sad sound but still elements of kind of sorrow and then this slight dark edge. I do plan to revisit it at some point as I have a feeling it's going to fit nicely in with another E.P. project I've got planned.

Thanks again!
